LONELINESS is packed with lots of emotions and feelings. Sometimes you might feel like you’re the only person in the world who is full of loneliness. The truth is that many millions of people are going through this. One thing that I’ve been thinking about lately is how we human beings often feel isolated when we are experiencing emotional pain.
Some of us keep our personal pain buried deep down where no one sees it; we might even hide it from ourselves. Some of us may allow it to the surface when we’re alone or with a trusted friend or partner or family. But no one gets through this life without challenges, hurt, and disappointments, right? We all experience our share of heartaches, fears, worries, and failures? So, why is it that when we are struggling or hurting, we tend to sit in a pool of isolation, feeling bad about ourselves, thinking we’re different from everyone else, or thinking that if we’re struggling, there must be something wrong with us?
I’m not suggesting that we should all be walking around with our pain. But yes, we can do some things whenever we feel lonely like firstly, don't blame yourself in any way because trust me it will only make you feel worse. Blaming yourself for how you feel is never kind. A host of causes and conditions have come together in your life to create this painful feeling. It’s not your fault. Secondly, Think of someone who is always supportive or who simply makes you laugh, and give that person a call or text them. In my experience, this will release your pain. Thirdly, there are lots of possibilities—a pet, a favorite food, a favorite book or a comedy show on TV, or even just sitting outside for a while. We can find in many things that ease the pain of loneliness. Fourthly, Nobody gets their way all the time and, let’s face it, life isn’t always fun. This is true for everyone. All emotions are impermanent. They arise and pass, arise and pass. Lastly, It’s almost impossible to feel lonely when you’re dancing. Yes, I've tried it, and it works. Dancing solo or let your favorite songs give you company. I hope these tips will help you all that you need not feel alone.
Remember, YOU ARE NOT ALONE
