Sajid Khan is a well-known figure in the Indian film industry, having worked as a director, actor, and television host. He made his directorial debut in 2006 with the film Heyy Babyy, which starred Akshay Kumar and was a commercial success.

Khan is known for his work on comedy films, including Housefull (2010), Housefull 2 (2012), and Humshakals (2014). These films featured an ensemble cast and were popular at the box office. In addition to his work in film, Khan has also hosted several seasons of the popular singing competition show Indian Idol and has made guest appearances on other television shows and films.

In 2018, Khan faced several allegations of sexual harassment and misconduct from several women, including actresses and former colleagues. These allegations led to Khan being removed from the directorial position for the film Housefull 4 and his name being removed from the credits of the completed film. The allegations against Khan and the subsequent actions taken against him sparked a larger conversation about sexual harassment in the Indian film industry and contributed to the Me Too movement gaining traction in the country.

Khan has denied the allegations against him and has stated that he will take legal action against his accusers. The matter is currently being investigated by the Producers Guild of India, the industry guild responsible for addressing such issues in the film industry.

It is important to note that the allegations against Khan have not yet been proven in a court of law and he is considered innocent until proven guilty. However, the seriousness of the allegations and the impact they have had on Khan’s career and reputation cannot be denied.
